Another way to synthesize gels of different composition is the irradiation of a mixture of polymers and monomers (Licea-Claverie et al. 2008). In comparison to other methods of macromolecular synthesis the radiochemical route seems to be easier, but a drawback of the method is that the reaction is less controllable and the formed polymer is less defined in its stmcture. 

H NMR technique is more precise and more sensitive than other methods and result in more accurate data in comparison to other methods some information can be obtained on the sequence and type of copolymers (random and block). 

There are a number of advantages to the thermoforming process. One of the most significant is that the tooling, in comparison to other methods of making plastics parts, is relatively inexpensive. Because the technique is particularly suited to the production of very large parts, cost savings can be impressive. Many parts with very thin walls can be made only by this method. The process is also ideal for the production of a small number of parts (samples, prototypes, etc.)... 

The impact of multiple analytes for amino acids in NBS cannot be overestimated. By measuring both Phe and Tyr, the detection of PKU was improved without the need for separate analyses. Comparison to other methods demonstrated that MS/MS improved selectivity and sensitivity (both analytically and clinically) by not only measuring two single metabolites simultaneously, Phe and Tyr, but by the ability to express the concentration of these two metabolites as a molar ratio, Phe Tyr. As shown in a subsequent publication, Phe Tyr could reduce false results and improve clinical specificity [3]. Furthermore, calculation of ratios of Phe to other amino acids such as leucine (Leu) enabled differentiation of a generalized elevation of amino acids due to intravenous (IV) nutrition (TPN, total parenteral nutrition) from PKU [13]. 

The advantages of the electrotransformation of bacteria in comparison to other methods are high efficiency (10 -10 ° transformants per microgram of supercoiled plasmid DNA) reliable results speed (competent bacteria are made once, frozen, and kept in the freezer until needed, and the actual transformation takes only... 

Under heating in THE (65°C) in the presence of tributyltin deuteride and AIBN, a mixture of products (2 R 2 S = 82 18) is obtained in 93% yield. The selectivity of the sonochemical experiments run at - 71 C reaches 96 4, the highest obtained in comparison to other methods, even if the thermal reaction with triethylborane and tributyltin deuteride provides higher yields (90%). 

In comparison to other methods of lignocellulosic treatments, alkali treatments offer advantages of less severity of conditions. It can be operated at lower temperatures and pressures of up to even room conditions. However, long pre-treatment times and conversion of alkali into irrecoverable salts and the incorporation of salts into the lignocellulosic material still remain as challenges (Brodeur et al., 2011). Semiempirical calculations of simple molecules on zeolite model clusters were carried out by Beran, Lochmann et al., Kustov et al. and Tasi et al. [64-69]. One of these procedures, the Self Consistent Charge (SCC)-Xa method has been successfully applied also to zeolites [70-76], because of its higher reliability in comparison to other methods in the determination of atomic charges within a reasonable computation time. A combination of semiempirical MO calculations and vibrational analysis supplies detailed information on zeolitic systems when consistently combined with experimental data [77, 78].
