The formal CAS name associated with this CASRN is  

Ph enol, 4,4 -(l-methylethylidene)bis-, polymer with (chloromethyl)oxirane. (Chloromethyloxirane is the formal CAS name for ECH) 

This substance is present on the TSCA Inventory and is a copolymer made using BPA and ECH. For polymers, the TSCA Inventory designation will include the molecular formula of the monomers and other reactants, and for this polymer the molecular formula is (Ci5Hjg02.C3H5C10)x. The first formula is BPA and the second ECH, with the x indicating that there are repeat units.
