Combustible hydrogen resource

The EU is inhabited by 15 percent of the total OECD and ERICS population and in this perspective the EU is especially well endowed with wind, wave/tide, and solar thermal electricity resources. Such renewable and non-combustible energy resources could form an indigenous primary energy basis for hydrogen.
