Kurt Cobain survived his Rohypnol overdose. The physician who treated Cobain issued the following statement Mr. Cobain doesn t know what happened to him. He hasn t gained complete control of his memory. When he emerged from the coma, he was very hungry and asked for a strawberry milkshake This quotation demonstrates the amnesic effect of Rohypnol. 

Not all heroin casualties are due to overdose. Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead died in a drug detox center in 1996 of poor health complicated by years of heroin addiction. Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain s 1994 suicide was believed by many to be related to his inability to kick his heroin habit. His journal, published posthumously...

But the style is noticeably different Broomfield, much like Judith Helfand in Blue Vinyl and Michael Moore in Bowling for Columbine, is confrontational, in a style somewhat akin to televised investigative journalism.
