CMYK color mode

You can switch from RGB to CMYK color modes and vice versa. [Pg.362]

Spectrometers, colorimeters, cameras, scanners, television monitors and printers base their color modes on established models for describing and reproducing color. Common modes include RGB (red, green, blue) CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) and CIE L a b (Commission Internationale de I Eclairage) [6]. [Pg.33]

The LAB color is designed to approximate human vision. The RGB or CMYK spaces model the output of physical devices rather than human visual perception [7]. The transformations among the color modes may be done with the help of appropriate editing applications or color management software which convert color data to different color standards (RGB, CMYK, L a b etc.) [8]. [Pg.33]
