Species extrapolation. To compare species, Corley et al. (1994) ran simulations of the maximum concentration and area under the curve for 2-butoxyethanol and 2-butoxyacetic acid in rat and human blood after a 6-hour dermal exposure to aqueous 2-butoxyethanol.
