Geriatric pharmacist, certified

Pharmacists who meet CCGP s requirements are entitled to use the designation Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, or CGP. As of June 2002, approximately 800 pharmacists have earned the CGP credential. Pharmacists who wish to retain their CGP credential must recertify every five years by successfully completing a written examination. [Pg.229]
