Carbon nanotube-polymer interface morphology

As part of our comprehensive studies on the effects of carbon nanotubes on the properties of polymer nanocomposites, we have been investigating the effect CNTs on the crystalhzation behavior of CNT-reinforced PEO, and the interface morphology, using specimens that were prepared from the melt, subsequent to dry coating of the polymer powder particles with CNTs, as described elsewhere (10), and sorrication-assist solution cast specimens. The current report, however, focuses on sorucation-assist solution cast specimens.
