Bonse-Hart Camera Ultrasmall Angle X-Ray Scattering USAXS

Bonse-Hart-Camera Ultrasmall Angle X-Ray Scattering (USAXS) [Pg.28]

An extended discussion of the Bonse-Hart camera has been given by Chu and coworkers [91] this reference as well as the review by Pedersen [69] also contain further citations on the subject. A further discussion of the technical problems has been given by Koga et al. [92]. [Pg.28]

The application of the Bonse-Hart camera to polymer latexes has been seldom up to now. The work of Chu et al. [91] already mentioned above has shown the great potential of USAXS for the structural study of latexes. Reus et al. [93, 94] and Ise at al. [95] have applied USAXS to the investigation of S(q) of latex particles in suspensions. Since USAXS-cameras are now available at synchrotron beam fines [96] more investigations pertaining to latexes and using this techniques are expected to appear in near future. [Pg.28]
