Beautiful souls beauty

God in materializing Himself, to speak thus, by the Creation of the World, did not think that it was enough to have made such beautiful things, He wished to place upon it the seal of His divinity, and to manifest Himself still more perfectly by the formation of Man. To this end, He made him in His image, and in that of the World. He gave him a soul, a mind and a body and of these three things, united in the same subject, He constituted humanity.

So you feel deeply, first of all nature, the beauty of nature, the oneness, your own oneness with nature, and this whole feeling of being at one with the landscape means that you are part of the landscape, and that the landscape expresses the same kinds of feelings that you experience yourself (quoted in Ries 1997 30). 

This most beautiful system of the Sun, Planets, and Comets, could only proceed from the council and dominion of an intelligent and powerful Being (...) This Being governs all things, not as the soul of the World, but as Lord over all.
