Audits narrative

The QAU audit should verify the accuracy and completeness of data and information presented in the final report. The audit should include the narrative description of materials, methods, and results as well as aU tabulated data. [Pg.64]

At the end of the audit, a Final Report Narrative is written by the QAU to the Project Manager. The format of the Narrative is similar to that of the Inspection Report. Once again the Project Manager responds in writing, thus establishing a loop the completed Narrative is then forwarded to upper management. [Pg.80]

A. The certified poison center or system shall keep records of all cases handled by the center in a form that is acceptable as a medical record.
