Applications of gas phase radiation chemistry

The application of gas phase pulse radiolysis to the study of homogeneous gas kinetics is well established. A full accoimt of these applications is outside the scope of this presentation. However, a brief survey is appropriate. For further information the reader is referred to an excellent review by Jonah et al. [95]. 

Radiation chemistry is the basic foundation for these applications.
