Coriander In 1986, Dogan et. al. did a region by region study of Turkish coriander oils. Most were insubstantial as far as anethole was concerned, but the region of Izmic had an oil with 3.69% anethole and the region of Burdur had an oil with 5.27% anethole content. [14]. [Pg.108]
