Analysis of regression residuals

In the following chapter the regression results for the consequences of lead userness of employees are presented. The test procedure is the same as for the antecedents [two-step regression. Altogether, one multiple regression analysis was carried out for each of the five independent variable [IWB, BSBINT, BSBEXT, OCB, COB. The summarized findings can be found in Table 33. 

For external boundary spanning behavior, neither the base model (F=0,127 p=0,944 nor the extended model (F=0,412 p=0,800 show significant fit (see Table 33 and Table 41. There is no support for the hypothesis that lead userness of employees relates to external boundary spaiming behavior (Hypothesis 6). 

In Table 33 and Table 43, the results for the regression analyses with customer orientation behavior are depicted. Whereas the overall fit for the haseline model is not significant (F=1,336 p=0,265), the hypothesized model including lead userness proves good fit (F=10,587 p=0,000), significantly improving the baseline model (AF=37,302 p=0,000). 22,7% of the overall variance of customer orientation behavior are explained 146
