These three analyses of interatomic distances in our amorphous SbTe structures lead to the picture of a distorted octahedral local environment around atoms, in which the type of sub-shells of first neighbors depends on the element and the nature of the alloys. Altogether, this local environment is similar to what is found in the crystalline phase.
