Alternative Diazo Ketone Substrate

Cyclopentane construction by rhodium-mediated intramolecular C-H insertion has been established as a powerful tool for the construction of carbocycHc systems, but there is much yet to be learned about the factors governing selectivity in the C-H insertion process [33]. We look forward to exciting developments in this area in years to come.
