Prepare serial threefold dilutions of the test allergen in RAST assay buffer the number of dilutions depends on the strength of the allergenic extract. To aliquots (100 tl) of the serial dilutions add 50 /u,l of reference serum and incubate the mixture overnight at room temperature.
