Alkyl and Aryl Derivatives of Transition Metals

Stabilization of /j -alkyl and -aryl derivatives of transition metals can be enhanced by the judicious inclusion of various other stabilizing ligands in the complex, even though such ligands are known not to be an essential prerequisite.
