Adding People to Your Inner Circle

After you choose those you want to include in your inner circle, you will occasionally add a person who has become special in your life. Don t, however, bring someone into your circle simply because you suddenly like him or her. A mature, durable, two-way relationship takes time to develop. In fact, when a new member is added, you should be proud because you helped it occur by building a relationship. 

With new members, you must ensure that you maintain each relationship. Ask yourself these three questions
