Drug interactions with acetaminophen can occur for example, iso-niazid can increase the risk of hepatotoxicity. Chronic ingestion of maximal doses of acetaminophen may intensify the anticoagulant effect in patients taking warfarin, so that such individuals may require closer monitoring.
