Use Chart 2.3 to evaluate yourself. Mark with an N, O, or Y next to each of the management types in order to get a clear picture of where you are now. Now that you have classified yourself, have your peers evaluate you. Use Chart 2.3 as a grading sheet to help them evaluate you. Next, have your employees evaluate you using some form of blind vote. You may be surprised to find out what kind of manager others think you are.
