What is a Risk-based Approach to PSSR

This book introduces the basics of applying a risk-based approach to pre-startup safety review. Specific aspects of trigger events may be examined for selecting the type of PSSR suitable for a given event. 

This sub-categorization may involve evaluating the following aspects of each change or unit modification
