For spleen vacuity with cold accumulation and constipation, abdominal pain, chilled extremities, and a deep, wiry pulse, subtract Asarum and add Radix Panacis Ginseng Ren Shen), mix-fried Radix Glycyrrhizae Zhi Gan Gao), and dry Rhizoma Zingiberis Gan Jiang). This results in Wen Pi Tang (Warm the Spleen Decoction).
