Way Documents Are Displayed

Use the Window menu to switch between one Excel document and another. All open documents are listed at the bottom of the Window menu the active document is indicated with a check mark. 

Use Hide to hide a workbook. Most commonly you ll use Hide with workbooks that contain macros. A macro is still active even when it s hidden. 

To hide a worksheet in a workbook, choose Sheet from the Format menu and choose Hide from the submenu.
