The data obtained for both Tank 1 and Tank 2 levels is shown in Fig. 6.10. A total of 2 h of data were collected. It can be seen that there are no obvious issues with the data collected, such as missing values or abnormal values. In order to use the data, it is necessary to downsample the 1 s data to the desired sampling rate of 15 s. This can be accomplished by taking every 15th data point from the original data set for the new downsampled data vector.
