Has the racking been installed according to manu cturer specifications, guidelines, and instructions  

Has the racking been erected on sound, level floors  

Is the concrete/slab thick enough for anticipated loads  

If the racking Is attached to the building, has an engineer approved the calculations  

Have protective barriers been Installed to prevent rack damage
