Others setups have been applied to the study of concentrational changes in a polymer gel electrolyte submitted to a current flow [45], in fuel cells [46,47] or in a lithium battery [48]. Ions gradients can be visualized, while structural evolution can be pointed out. 

FT-Raman spectroscopy is also a well suited method for adsorption studies of anions in various anion exchange membranes [49]. It can probe the competitive adsorption and coordination of anions in anion exchange membranes.
