Viscose rayon modal

The use of acid cellulases are recommended for fast treatments and neutral cel-lulases for more severe treatments when marked effects are required [56,91 ]. Endo-enriched acid cellulase is found to be best for easily weekened fabrics such as 1 inen and viscose rayon. Standard whole acid cellulases are best for sturdy fabrics sucli as lyocell, modal rayon and heavy weight cotton [92]. 

Uses of pulp 95% of all pulps are paper pulps , used for paper and board production, from the rest, the dissolving pulps , chemicals are made like viscose (cord rayon, modal fibers, cellulose guts, cellulose films, acetyl cellulose) or cellulose derivatives (cellulose ethers, cellulose nitrates, methyl cellulose, carboxy cellulose). The requirements concerning quality differ considerably from one application to the other. 

Natural polymers can be made into hbers through dissolution of the polymer in an appropriate solvent and then extmsion of the polymer solution into a coagulation bath. As an example, cellulose can be made into viscose rayon fibers, cuprammonium rayon, cellulose acetate and triacetate fibers, lyocell, and modal fibers depending on the processes used to make the fibers. Other natural polymers such as mbber, chitosan, alginic acid, and protein can also be made into fibers in an appropriate fiber-forming process.
