Villa of the Mysteries

Bedroom B of the Villa of the Mysteries and Bedroom M of the Villa of Publius Fannius Synistor, at nearby Boscoreale, both show the mysterious Tholos, partially concealed from view by a veil. We shall have more to say of the Tholos and its enigmatic labyrinth of columns later in this chapter. [Pg.294]
