Verbal-based methods

FP stands midway between the conventional attribute-based profiling methods and holistic non-verbal methods. This is certainly a very good trade-oflf in terms of rapidity, quantification and richness of desaiptive information. However, when compared separately to each type of method, it could be noted that IT has neither the accuracy of conventional profiling, nor the advantage of holistic methods that allow access to snbjects perceptual space without interference of attributes. 

Based on the resrdts of the DOE, a new Gauge R R study was conducted using the same employees and same method. The results of the second R R concluded that seventy one percent (71.4%) of the employees could identify at-risk behaviors when the Supervisor verbally gave information with pictures. This was a 35% improvement from the first gauge study. 

The TAM discusses the methods to be used to evaluate and revise training courses based on instructor evaluations, student course evaluations, examination results, post-training performance evaluations, and verbal feedback.
