Use of the Sum-Connectivity Index

Here we give numerically the four sum-connectivity matrices of a graph T2 representing the carbon skeleton of 2,3-dimethylhexane. The first matrix is named the edge-sum-connectivity matrix and is denoted by SCM. We give only the upper triangle of each matrix. [Pg.149]

The second matrix is named the path-sum-connectivity matrix and is denoted by SCM  [Pg.150]

It is established that the sum-connectivity indices produce structure-property-activity models comparable to the one obtained by the product-connectivity index (Randic connectivity index) (Lucid et al., 2009,2010,2013 Vukicevic and Trinajstic, 2010 Zhou and Trinajstid, 2012). Therefore, it is expected that the use of sum-connectivity-Wiener indices would produce models comparable to those obtained by product-connectivity-Wiener indices. [Pg.151]
