Typical Canister Projectile

A different type of canister projectile is used in 90-mm Ammunition XM590 Series for Recoilless Rifle (Ref 52, p 3-17). It is shown here in Fig 47, together with its description [Pg.822]

APERS-T (Antipersonnel-Tracer) Projectiles. The following calibers are listed in Ref 52 and its Appendix 90-mm APERS-T, XM580E1 for Gun Cannons (p 2-49) 105-mm APERS-T, XM546 for Howitzer Cannons (p 2-112). This projectile, together with its semifixed cartridge, is shown in Fig 43c. [Pg.822]
