Types of Packing for Procurement

Purchase in small cans or carboys instead of full tanker loads if only small amounts are required. These can then be used directly in process units. 

Certain materials like sodium sulphate and lime powder are packed in small hags and conveyed hy truckloads/railway. They can be unloaded manually or carried in hand carts at site if small amounts are required for use. 

If the materials are packed in big bags, they need unloading machines, portable hoists at site for taking out from tracks or railway wagons.
