Twirled stream turbulent

Creation of universal mathematical model of the turbulent twirled stream is a necessary condition for working out of adequate methods of calculation of gas bottles of different technological appointment, their optimization regime and design data, abbreviation of expensive experimental researches. Now in connection with rapid development of computer production engineering essential progress was outlined in working out of more and more difficult mathematical model approaches to calculation of gas bottles. 

Modeling of d5mamics of a dispersoid in a gas bottle completed question first of all character traffic of polydispersion particles in the turbulent twirled stream, the complicated interacting of corpuscles with walls, with each other and with a bearing turbulent stream. Difficulties are called by indeterminate form of entrance conditions, possibly change of number and a size of corpuscles as a result of crushing or concretion, a deformation of corpuscles (drops, bubbles), and also other reasons. 

To carry out the complex stmctural analysis of hydrodynamics of the bearing medium in a scmbber for the purpose of refinement of representations about real formation of the turbulent twirled stream and revealing of reserves of perfection of the apparatus. 

The formation of the turbulent twirled stream essentially differs from the forward. Under the influence of a centrifugal force in the twirled stream, there are pressure gradient on radius, the return currents, the raised speeds at a wall, non-linearity of a profile of tangential stresses, etc. In turn, these phenomena make strong impact on regularity of motion of drops of a liquid in a deduster and character of a current in a boundary layer on a phase boundary gas—a liquid, i.e., define both separation efficiency, and a water resistance, and a criticality of work of dedusters [1-9],... 

After that, the gas stream bends around an air swirler on an entry, changing a traffic route, and initiates to be twirled in a positive allowance between air swirlers, forming turbulent gas-liquid a layer (mobile foam). Attaining a hole in an air swirler on an exit, gas passes through it and is inferred from the apparatus. The separated sludge is washed off by a liquid and by means of an inclination of the cylindrical chamber 1 is carried on an overflow pipe sludge 10 in the sludge remover 11.
