Metabolic labelling of cellular proteins with [3 ]methionine [Pg.292]

Methionine leficient growth medium Complete growth medium [Pg.292]

Take one 90 mm dish of adherent tissue culture cells growing in monolayer culture [Pg.293]

Remove the growth medium and rinse the cells once in pre-warmed PBS. [Pg.293]
