Latorre-Sanchez et al. (2012) reported the enhancement of photocatalytic activity, under visible fight, of hydrogen generation from a water methanol mixture using GO containing a tris(2,2-bipyridyl) ruthenium(II) complex incorporated in the interlayer spaces of a few layers of GO sheets, which was 5 times more active than GO alone.
