Transocean Offshore

In October 2009, the PSA approved twelve such PDOs and PIOs. These included approval for a reconstruction of the Oseberg C-platform. Another was an approval for Statoil s plan to accommodate workers on Sleipner B, previously an unmanned installation. Six of the approvals were drilling permits. One was an approval for Marathon to drill in the Alvheim and Volund fields from the Transocean Winner rig. The rig was operated by Transocean Offshore (North Sea) Ltd. The rig had a AoC from 2006. [Pg.397]
