Torulopsis magnoliae

It has recently been reported that ethyl and isopropyl 2-oxo-4-(phlhalimid-2-yl)butanoates are reduced to the (/ )-enantiomers by Candida parapsilosis in >98% ee and >85% yield, while the (S)-enantiomers are obtained with Torulopsis magnoliae in a similar quality and yield170. [Pg.864]
