THOR data tree

Imports data in SD file format, MDL molfile format, SMILES text strings, Daylight Chemical Information Systems Inc. s Thor Data Tree (TDT) format, and Tripos Inc. s Sybyl Line Notation (SLN) format. 

For convenience, the developmental GEMINI implementation writes a THOR data-tree as its output which is a language for general chemical information transfer. In practice, GEMINI would t3rpically serve as a front-end to an application program which accessed the GEMINTs standard representations and no output file would be written.
