Thiazoles 4-trimethylstannyl

Bi-(li3-thiazoIyl)1409 Eine Losung von 0,5 g (2 mmol) 2-Trimethylstannyl-l,3-thiazol, 0,33 g (2 mmol) 4-Brom-l,3-thiazol und 0,115 g (0,1 mmol) Tetrakis-[triphenylphosphan]-palladium(0) in 30 ml Benzol wird unter Stickstoff 48 h unter RuekfluB erhitzt. Das Losungsmittel wird i. Vak. abdestilliert und der Rfickstand an Silicagel (Petrolether/Essigsaure-ethylester = 7 3) chromatographiert Ausbeute 0,32 g (95%) Schmp. 114-116 -. 

Ausgehend von entsprechenden Brom-l,3-thiazolen lassen sich iiber Lithio-l,3-thiazole auch Trimethylstannyl- Oder Trimethylsilyl-Gruppen in 2- oder 4-Position des 1,3-Thiazol-Rings einfiihren z.B. ... 

Wie auf S. 239 ausfuhrlicher beschrieben, beruht eine giinstige Synthese von Bi-(1,3-thiazol-yl)-Verbindungen auf der Umsetzung von Trimethylstannyl-l,3-thiazolen mit Brom-l,3-thi-azolen. 

Analog laBt sich 2-Trimethylstannyl-l, 3-thiazol Palladium-katalysiert mit 3,4-Diiod-2,5-dime-thyl-thiophen bzw. mit 4-Brom-l-chlor-benzol kuppeln. 

An 2,5-Bis-[trimethylsilyl]-l,3-thiazol ist durch Umsetzung mit Butyl-lithium und anschlieBend mit Chlor-trimethyl-stannan ein Austausch der 5-standigen Trimethylsilyl-Gruppe gegen den Trimethylstannyl-Rest moglich1134 ... 

The unsubstituted 5,5 -isomer (76) is not readily available by the Hantzsch method. It was first prepared (Scheme 29) by diazotization of a diamino derivative (53HCA354) obtained by a benzidine-like rearrangement (51CB518), and has since been prepared by cross-coupling of the chloro- and trimethylstannyl-thiazoles (87S185). Nucleophilic addition of 1005 to an 7V-acyliminium ion, e.g., a Reissert salt, and oxidation of the resulting adduct affords a 2-(heteroaryl)oxazole 1019. Acylation of a nitrogen heterocycle 1016 with ethyl chloroformate generated the intermediate Reissert salts 1017 in situ (Scheme 1.272). Addition of 1005 to 1017 gave adducts 1018, which produced 1019 after oxidative deacylation with o-chloranil.
