The Screen Refresh Period

HyperChem updates the screen during a trajectory at regular intervals so you can visualize the trajectory. Since this screen update may slow down a trajectory if it occurs too frequently, you can specify the duration of the Screen Refresh period At5. The screen updates at times tg, tg + At5, tg + 2At5, etc. The Screen Refresh period is specified in the Molecular Dynamics options dialog box by U5 data steps, i.e. as a multiple of the data collection period,
