The Program Setup and Philosophy

For the purpose of this tutorial, we restrict ourselves to the default program setup and the functionality needed for the tutorial lessons. For a complete reference with all functions, we refer to the user and reference manuals, which are available online. 

The relative positions and the design of these four areas can be changed, and various layouts can be selected from the menubar that is, Momec can be customized 

At the top, Momec3 features a number of tabs, project, file, calc, and pref. 

The main field of the toolbox shows a tree-like structure. Further information about each selection is given at the bottom. 

The project tab shows all relevant project data such as the molecule, the force field, and all relevant chemical information about the molecules.
