The Monocyte in Sarcoidosis

Lymphocytes, monocytes, and platelets were frequently seen in the lumina of alveolar capillaries in specimens with alveolitis compared with nonalveolitis specimens (P 0.005). Adhesion between lymphocytes and monocytes and endothelium was frequently observed.
