If this happens, recall the instructions. The person who masters this principle can block out the external. The one who has mastered control of consciousness is independent of setting. 

Alchemy was frequently described in terms of women s work and children s games , by which it was implied that the processes were both repetitive (such as washing sheets) and also playful once they had been mastered (as in the joy of children at play.) Paracelsus described alchemy in terms of the daily activities of baking bread, making wine or weaving a cloth ...
