The influence of plastifying agents on dimethacrylate postpolymerization rate 

With the aim of providing evidence for the monomolecular chain termination nature by interpretation of kinetic scheme (7.1), we investigated the influence of nature and concentration of plastifying additives on OCM-2 postpolymerization. 

For example, in Table 7.8 the values of the P parameter obtained on the basis of individual kinetic curves and also a result of their approximation are shown. 

Average values of the P parameter for investigated plastifying additives at different concentrations are represented in Table 7.9. 

Taking into account the approximation it = /[Mq] (here [Mol is the concentration of monomer in bulk and is 2890 mol/m for OCM-2), the values of the monomolecular chain termination rate constants for OCM-2 with the addition of plastifying agents have been calculated on the basis of data presented in Table 7.9.
