The determination of copper in plasma and urine

Copper is determined in plasma following a twenty-fold dilution with [Pg.330]

Intermediate standard 100/xg Cuml-1. Take 10 ml of stock and dilute to 100 ml with distilled-deionised water. [Pg.330]

Working standard. Take a convenient volume of the 1 /xg Cu ml-1 solution and dilute twenty-fold with 0.1 N HC1 or butanol. [Pg.330]
