All businesses are organisms and, as such, they are never silent— they speak volumes. By the time you ve entered into winter, you ve pretty much done all you could do with what you knew at the time, so relax and enjoy winter for the wonderful driver tiiat it is. You re about to be stretched. 

Many of us feel our lives are out of balance, and tiiis is especially true for an entrepreneur— that individual who often tries to juggle the expression of passion, creativity, and profit in the form of a business with a second job, a family, and time to themselves. But if you heed your winters and honour them, then this balancing act can happen naturally, one can say even effortlessly, if we stop long enough to accept and appreciate the importance of the growth happening so dose to home— within you.
