Xenon species. The NpOi ion and other oxidation states react with XeOs and OH to form Np see 3.6.1 Peroxide for some products. 

Oxidation. With acids, Ce, Mn04 or oxidizes Np02 to Np02, and Pu02 to Pu02 likewise Ce or oxidizes Am02 to Am02.  

in Znng, reduces Pa to Pa, a good reductant, stable in air-free H2O, and possibly to Pa .  

An incompletely formulated chromate appears on slowly evaporating Am with chromic acid. 

The colors of An02 are Pa, none U, pale purple Np, green Pu, red violet and Am, yellow.
