Tetraorganotin Compounds Containing Sulfur

This chapter includes unsymmetric tetraorganotin derivatives with sulfide, thioacetal, thioketal and thiocarboxylate groups. The compounds summarized in Table 11 - are prepared by the following methods

The olefinic tetraorganotin compounds in this chapter contain oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen, phosphorus, and antimony in the olefinic moiety. A deplorably large number of the reported compounds are only characterized by means of spectroscopy due to difficulty in separation and handling. All derivatives are summarized in Table 105 ... 

The functionally substituted acetylenic groups linked to tin may contain various heteratoms. These include oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen, phosphorous, tin and silicon or combinations of these elements. One compound vith a cyano group is included. The derivatives summarized in Table 108 are prepared by methods from the following scheme.
