Test A reproducibility

To determine the typical standard deviation for the process with respect to the main component and by-products seven independent samples were prepared under standard conditions. 

The percentage standard deviation for the whole process was determined by manual integration with use of the software WIN-NMR to be 0.67% in the case of PC for sphingomyelin (SPH), which is near the limits of quantitation, the percentage standard deviation was found to be 2.6%.
